MEDICAL CAMP IN ASSOCIATION WITH DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE. GUBBI

Malnutrition Health Camp under RBSK program was held on 17/06/2022 in Gubbi Taluk Hospital under the guidance of nodal officer Dr. Bharathnag N, Assistant Professor of Department of Community Medicine. Consultants and PGs from Department of Pediatrics and Department of Obestetrics and Gynecology were deputed for the camp, assessed the children. Total of 30 children were assessed and of which seven had Moderate Acute Malnutrition and two of the children had other nutritional deficiencies and 9 children of age 7-18 were referred to higher centres, three children had heart related diseases and 2 had neurological disorders.
