Parent teachers meeting were conducted as per the schedule on 19/02/24.the program was started at l lam by committee chairperson addressing the parents. Coordinators of the respective years were given responsibility to guide the parents to meet their ward mentors. The respective mentors were called upon to show their wards academic performance sheets.
Principal addresscd the parents and stressed on attendance and in case of shortage of attendance or weak performance in the internals, respective subject staff were called and made to interact with the parents to strengthen the student future performance.
Parents were allowed to share their queries. Inputs/suggestions were obtained in form of feedback.
Refreshments were arranged for the parents and students and they were also instructed to have a campus visit.
Compilation of feedback shows that majority of the parents who attended were happy with class coordinator/mentor system and suggested to conduct such mects regularly.
Online parent teacher meeting was also held on the next day i.e. on 20/02/24, between 10am to lpm, online link was shared to parents one week before from the respective mentors, academic performance of the students was reported to parents via digital platform.
Committee will consider the parental suggestions in future.
